Please contact sales@therugbyshop.co.uk to request a returns number and instructions. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 days we will not be able to exchange the goods or give a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are returning an item for exchange to another item/size, you will have to pay the cost of re-shipping the goods to you.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is due to our error in which case we will refund standard shipping cost.
